On the revision:

- Remove the redundant spaces from "windows      = ($tclass == 'windows')".

On the release:

- Use legal{} target type for legal documentation (LICENSE, AUTHORS, etc).

  Note that this requires bumping build2 version requirement to 0.13.0.
